100 push ups anyone?

All the studies agree! Women MUST exercise in order to increase the chance of surviving breast cancer if diagnosed. American Cancer Society also recommends exercise as a tool to lower the risk of breast cancer. Speaking of exercise…Pink Ribbons Project staffer Kate is taking on a new challenge- the 100 push up challenge! Who wants to join her?

    Kate, I love your challenge but due to lymphedema I think I will not do the push ups. Is there something else that I could do instead?
