All the studies agree! Women MUST exercise in order to increase the chance of surviving breast cancer if diagnosed. American Cancer Society also recommends exercise as a tool to lower the risk of breast cancer. Oh, Loubel you are so brutal.
Kate, I love your challenge but due to lymphedema I think I will not do the push ups. Is there something else that I could do instead?
